The Confédération of African Football (CAF) has unveiled the official calendar for the 2026/27 TotalEnergies CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup, with the new season set to kick off in September 2026.
The First Preliminary Round will be played from September 4–6 (first leg) and September 11–13 (second leg), while the Second Preliminary Round is scheduled for October 16–18 and October 23–25.
The group stage begins from November 27–29, 2026, and will run across six matchdays, with additional fixtures on December 4–6, December 18–20, January 8–10, January 15–17, and January 22–24, 2027.
The knockout phase starts with the quarter-finals, set for February 26–28 and March 5–7, 2027, before the semi-finals are played over two legs on April 9–11 and April 16–18.
CAF also confirmed that the finals of both competitions will take place between May 9 and May 31, 2027, with the exact dates and host venues to be announced at a later time
