Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has revealed that his wife, Chioma Adeleke, manages his finances because he considers himself a reckless spender.
In a video that has gone viral, Davido was seen calling Chioma after experiencing difficulty accessing his account while trying to send money to his personal assistant, Lati. During the call, he asked her to transfer $4,000 to his aide on his behalf before expressing his love as he prepared to return to Nigeria.
When asked by his official streamer, Davreltv, if Chioma now oversees his finances, the singer confirmed it, saying she keeps his spending in check. Describing her as his “life coordinator,” Davido admitted that she is responsible for organising his finances due to his habit of spending excessively.
