Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, the APC governorship candidate for Lagos State, has been urged to prioritise the welfare and everyday struggles of ordinary Lagos residents if elected governor.
The appeal was made by the Lead Pastor of Harvesters International Christian Church, Pastor Bolaji Idowu, during Hamzat’s visit to the church.
Speaking on behalf of Lagos residents, Pastor Idowu called on Hamzat to ensure that his administration makes life easier for the people, urging him to remain mindful of the challenges confronting ordinary Lagosians if he emerges governor.
“If you emerge as Governor, let it be easy,” the pastor said, stressing the need for people-centred governance that responds to the realities faced by residents.
