A Nigerian TikTok content creator, Oladimeji Hammed, popularly known as Immunizer, has been arraigned before an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court over allegations of cyberstalking and harassment targeting Omowunmi Cynthia Aloba, the widow of late singer Mohbad.
The 27-year-old was charged by the Lagos State Police Command on a six-count charge involving alleged cyberstalking, bullying, and the publication of harmful, insulting, and provocative content.
According to the prosecution, Hammed allegedly shared several posts between February 8 and March 14, 2026, accusing Omowunmi of planning to leave Nigeria before justice was achieved in connection with her husband’s death. He was also accused of making claims about her private life and sharing content suggesting that sensitive personal materials belonging to her had been leaked online.
The prosecution further alleged that the TikToker posted videos containing derogatory remarks and insinuations about the widow’s involvement in undisclosed matters relating to Mohbad’s affairs. One of the charges also claimed that he published nude images and other materials intended to ridicule, harass, and bully her.
Prosecutors told the court that the alleged online attacks contributed to an incident on March 15, during which Omowunmi was reportedly confronted in public and nearly assaulted by members of the public. They argued that the posts exposed her to ridicule, online trolling, threats, and public hostility.
Hammed pleaded not guilty to all six charges when they were read in court.
The court subsequently granted him bail under strict conditions, including the provision of two sureties with evidence of bank balances of at least N700,000 each. One surety must be a state civil servant, while the other must be a blood relative of the defendant. Both are also required to provide proof of current tax compliance
