The graphic highlights Norway’s 2-1 victory over Côte d’Ivoire, sealed by Erling Haaland’s 86th-minute winner, England’s 2-1 triumph over DR Congo after Harry Kane struck late, and Belgium’s dramatic 3-2 comeback against Senegal, sparked by Romelu Lukaku’s 86th-minute goal.
The repeated timing has become a painful talking point for supporters, with three African nations seeing their hopes of reaching the next round disappear just four minutes from normal time.
Senegal’s exit was particularly heartbreaking after the Teranga Lions had impressed in the group stage, becoming the first African team to score five goals in a single World Cup match.
