Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, marked his 62nd birthday with a leadership colloquium focused on engaging young people on leadership, youth development and sustainable governance.
The KOH @ 62 Leadership Colloquium, held on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at the Victoria Garden Conference and Event Centre in Alausa, Ikeja, was organised by Youth Advocates for Hamzat in collaboration with KLIF.
The symposium brought together young people and government officials, providing participants with opportunities for executive mentorship, interactive dialogue and direct engagement with leaders.
According to the organisers, the initiative was designed to inspire young leaders through personal interaction with Lagos State’s political and government leadership, while creating a platform for participants to exchange ideas and discuss solutions to societal challenges.
