The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has reaffirmed its life-saving role on the state’s roads following the rescue of a severely injured victim of a hit-and-run accident along the Ketu–Ojota axis. The incident, which occurred over the weekend on the busy main carriageway inward Ojota, involved an unidentified driver who reportedly struck the victim and fled the scene, leaving the individual in a critical and helpless state.
