The General Manager of LASPA, Mrs. Adebisi Adelabu, explained that the event attracted a large number of attendees, resulting in parking overflow, with several vehicles double-parked along Emmanuel Street and the adjoining junction, causing severe traffic congestion. Operatives of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested a 29-year-old suspected armed robber, identified as Olajunja Segun Samson, during a routine patrol in the Igando area of Lagos.
